Pressure Grouting Technician:
Pressure grouting technicians must have sufficient knowledge of pressure grouting as well as other basic understanding of other various types of work we do (concrete pumping, shotcrete installation, etc.).
They must be able to:
- Perform pressure grouting tasks efficiently, have a proficient understanding of pressure grouting and corresponding techniques such as:
- Various types of pressure grouting.
- Different materials that can be used (grout, cellular, chemical, etc.)
- How to use and mix pressure grouting materials etc.
- Safely operate ALL equipment/tools used for grouting.
- Take direction from superiors.
- Assist with preparation, operation, and maintenance of ALL equipment.
- Perform specialized construction tasks that may involve wet/muddy environments,
- Be a productive and trustworthy team member.
- Follow safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Pass a drug test and background check.
- Obtain a DOT medical card.
In some instances there will be shop work which consists of things like cleaning up the shop and shop yard, running errands, reorganizing things in the shop, etc.
Physical requirements:
- Adjusting or moving objects of up to 50 pounds in all directions.
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds, roughly 20% of the time.
- Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds, roughly 70% of the time.
- Heavy work that includes moving objects up to 100 pounds or more, roughly 10% of the time.
- Good vision with or without the aid of glasses is also required in order to properly perform this role.
- Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments.
Preferred certifications:
- OSHA 10 certification
- Confined Space certified

Pressure grouting laborers are not required to have specifical experience, though construction experience is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.
They must be able to:
- Take direction from superiors.
- Assist with preparation, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Perform specialized construction tasks that may involve wet/muddy environments, confined spaces, elevated work, among other things.
- Be a productive and trustworthy team member.
- Follow safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Pass a drug test and background check.
- Obtain a DOT medical card.

Superintendent:
Pressure grouting superintendent oversees & is involved in the field operations of a pressure grouting project, from planning through execution. Significant experience is required, as they will be required to:
They must be able to:
- Plan projects in conjunction with project managers, which will involve determining scope, schedule, and required materials/equipment.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to crew members.
- Communicate with customers regarding field operations and project schedule
- Assist in project estimates/bids
- Follow and enforce safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Pass a drug test and background check.
- Obtain a DOT medical card.
- Safely operate ALL equipment/tools used for grouting.

Pressure grouting foreman will report to the superintendent and is responsible for project field operations in the superintendent's absence.
Experience is required, as they will be required to:
- Delegate tasks appropriately to crew members, ensuring that materials, equipment, and personnel are used effectively.
- Have a hands on type working knowledge of pressure grouting scope.
- Be responsible for equipment operations and maintenance.
- Communicate with customers regarding field operations and project schedule.
- Be a productive and trustworthy team member.
